untracked shipping

If you are getting in touch about an order that has dispatched and you did not choose tracked and insured shipping, I cannot provide any updates for you after it has been posted. Untracked shipping is not tracked, there is no tracking number provided for these orders. During the Christmas rush however, it is not uncommon to hear post being delivered up to 2 weeks after it has been dispatched.

If you’re getting in touch about bespoke pins, please note that:

  • NO CUSTOM ORDERS FROM OCTOBER-JANUARY

  • There is a 6-8 week turnaround time

  • The minimum quantity order is 100
